Refund Policy – WearBela

At WearBela, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Our refund policy is divided into two categories to ensure clarity and fairness:

Category 1: Refunds Eligible (Our Mistake)

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The product differs significantly from what was shown or described

What to do:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–7 business days.

Category 2: Refunds Not Eligible (Customer Side)

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size or fit (please refer to our size guide before ordering)

  • Delayed delivery due to courier or external factors

  • Minor color or texture variations due to lighting or screen differences

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the issue falls under Category 1.
